Highly recommended, I needed someone to represent us for a custody case! He’s straight forward about anything you to need to know. Very good at what he does and takes things serious as they are needed. Mr. Totten was suggested by another attorney, he took my case in a rush, with only two weeks to prepare. He asked me what I wanted. and let me know upfront what he believed I could get, he was very attentive to the case. Every time I called, I got to speak with him or someone knowledgeable of the case.( if you have questions, he can answer them ) in the quart room. Mr. Totten has a sporadic disposition and almost seems unprepared, but as I watched him work, I think it was intentional. As I sat on my emotional roller coaster, he took the time to ask me how I felt about the case and how I thought we were doing. mr. Totten is very professional and I recommend him 100% Ps. he got me everything I said I would be happy with ???
